By accessing or using Kussiya — Curry Planner (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kussiya is a meal planning application that helps individuals and family groups plan Sri Lankan rice and curry meals. Features include personal meal schedules, saved recipes, shared group planning, and push notifications.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using a Google account or an email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Transmit spam, harmful content, or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Groups and Shared Content

The Service allows you to create or join groups to share meal plans. By sharing content within a group, you grant other group members the ability to view that content. You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring that you have the right to share it.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content you provide) remain with Kussiya. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kussiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
